I went through as prior service with a lot of IET soldiers, it's light on the discipline unfortunately, heavy on the BS that Tradoc is famous for. Phase I is all classroom, Anatomy and Physiology, some Pathophysiology and a little about basic nursing skills through skills labs. The school is year long, with Phase 1 at Fort Sam Houston an Phase II at one of five Army Hospitals.
